Day out with Mammy :)

My Mam and I have spent the whole day shopping in town today! At first it was raining, but then the sun came out and it was gorgeous! We have walked the length and breadth of town and are footsore and weary, but it's been a great day.

First, we walked around a few of the shops inside to say out of the rain. Then we went to a cafe to have a panini for lunch. The cafe was on the 3rd floor of the building so we had a great view of the entertainment happening in the street below. (Well, I did ... my Mam has NO head for hights!)

Then we walked around even more shops for hours and hours, but I scored for a free drink ...

Then we walked around a few more shops before eventually feeling sick and heading for home. On our way back to the car we saw some ducklings in the little pond where there are always ducks hanging about. Too cute!!
