Grant arranged to meet me at lunch today so we could have our break together and after we had eaten we went for a walk along the Quayside and stopped at one of the tables for a game. I had forgotten just how much I enjoy pingpong! (Apart from the ball getting away from me and making a bid for freedom into the river. Phew!)
If you see one of these around have a go! They're completely free to use and so much fun :) burned off a few calories from lunch for sure!
